01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ikiss platform (including the website at https://ikiss.lat, mobile applications, and associated services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"), as well as all related policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the ikiss platform. Continued use of any ikiss service constitutes unconditional acceptance of the then-current version of this Agreement.

02 Eligibility

To register and participate on the ikiss platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ikiss strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction consistent with responsible gaming best practices.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of ikiss or any of its affiliates.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the ikiss platform or any related services.

ikiss reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, along with forfeiture of any associated funds pending regulatory review.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the ikiss platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances therein pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify ikiss immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected].

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable any two-factor authentication (2FA) options made available by ikiss.
• Log out fully when accessing your account on shared or public devices.

ikiss will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your sole responsibility unless you have reported a breach to us in a timely manner.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ikiss accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of approved payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All withdrawal requests are subject to review. Standard processing times are between one (1) and five (5) business days depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable security or fraud checks. ikiss reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these terms.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• ikiss does not accept third-party payments. Funds deposited from accounts not belonging to you will be returned and your account may be suspended.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawal processing times may vary subject to blockchain network conditions.
• Any applicable transaction fees will be communicated to you prior to confirmation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ikiss offers a range of bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and promotional campaigns to both new and existing members. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer and are incorporated into this Agreement.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spin winnings that are not used or claimed within the stipulated period will be forfeited without notice.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute varying percentages towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or not at all.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus claim per household, shared IP address, or shared device is permitted per promotion period.
• Abuse: ikiss reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or reclaim any bonus where abuse or exploitation of promotional terms is suspected, including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

ikiss may at its sole discretion modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Participation in any promotion is entirely voluntary.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the ikiss platform — including slots, live dealer tables, sportsbook markets, and crash games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules shall prevail for game-related matters.

ikiss utilises certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure all outcomes are statistically fair and independent. Live dealer games are streamed in real-time and are subject to the rules of the respective game provider. Sportsbook odds and outcomes are determined by the rules published within the sportsbook section.

By participating in any game, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent risk and that past results have no bearing on future outcomes. ikiss encourages responsible play and urges all members to set personal limits before engaging with real-money games.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly forbidden on the ikiss platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated cheating in poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes. Any winnings arising from known exploits will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financially illegal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ikiss staff or other members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software, system, or security measure employed by ikiss.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the ikiss platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, audio-visual materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ikiss or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ikiss platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or commercial use of ikiss content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property laws.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ikiss, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, any part of the ikiss platform.
• Losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account due to your own negligence.
• Interruptions, outages, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or network operators.

ikiss does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own device.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering with ikiss, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein.

ikiss implements industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services (for example, identity verification providers and payment processors).

11 Amendments to These Terms

ikiss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ikiss platform following the publication of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ikiss's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be addressed through ikiss's internal complaints procedure.

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached internally, disputes may be referred to the relevant independent dispute resolution body as specified under our licensing terms.

Malaysian users are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gambling is lawful under applicable Malaysian legislation. ikiss makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
